• We never store any bank card details.

• Courier partner: shipping details only, solely to deliver your order.
• Payment gateway: payment details only, to complete the transaction.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): we use tools that place cookies to measure how our ads perform. You can opt out through your browser or device settings.

We do not share your data with anyone else for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for five years, as required by Egyptian commercial and tax law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Marketing messages

We only message you if you've subscribed to our newsletter or agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any message.
